How To ♥ Keep New Years Resolutions

Happy New Years! I can't believe it's 2014!

I'm sure most of you have made some type of resolution this year and maybe some of you have already failed to keep it. 

some common ones are:

-going to the gym
-eating healthy
-losing weight
-getting oganized
-save money
-studying more

but they are hard to keep. 
I'm going to tell you how to keep your goals and stay on track for this year.

1.) Reflect on your list. Is it realistic/doable?
2.) Does it benefit someone else?
-It is easer to keep a goal if you think about someone you care about more than yourself.
3.)Break into smaller sections.
-Start the gym once a week. Then move on to twice a week and so on until you go everyday.
-Losing weight, start small. Cut out soda or something small then go big!
-Saving money. Lets say you want to save a bit each week for a year:
week 1: save $1. = $1
week 2: save $2. = $3
week 3: save $3. = $6
... week 52: save $52. = about $1,400.
4.) Have a friend help
5.) Pray!!!
